Titles issued for Stage 1

We are delighted to announce Titles for the first stage of Strathmore Park subdivision in Tokoroa have now been issued.

This is a wonderful milestone for the first significant residential development in Tokoroa for many decades, and one that demonstrates the progression made onsite since we broke ground.

A number of Lots have already been presold to our Building Partners, who in time will start construction of new showhomes.

Stage 1 is on sale now, with Affordable Lots starting at $160,000 and House & Land packages starting from $550,000.
