The development is really starting to take shape, and we’re excited to share some of the progress happening onsite in recent months. Despite significant wet weather this year, the team has been working really hard to keep things moving.

The entrance along Benalder Crescent is receiving its long-awaited upgrade, including new car parking that will serve the community - particularly the Tokoroa Football Club. While the weather hasn’t been kind, work continues. There have been a few delays due to unforeseen ground conditions, but that’s construction!

Looking After the Environment

‍
Waikato Regional Council is pleased with how the site has been managed during recent rain events. The new dry pond at Strathmore Park has performed well, helping to manage water in this flood-prone area.

Construction Progress

Benalder Crescent is currently under construction and is scheduled for sealing in early December. The site’s new water supply has been installed. Services for Stages 2 and 3 are mostly complete.

‍

Roading & Services

Stage 1 roads are formed and will be sealed in early December, completing works for subdivision sign-off. Subbase work is nearly complete across all stages.

‍

Western Expansion

Earthworks are continuing westward as we prepare the next stage of development.

Site Closure

Please note the site will be closed for the seasonal break, 23 Dec 2025 to 4 Jan 2026 inclusive. On our return in the New Year, we will be working hard to complete physical works for Stage 1 which will enable new Titles to be prepared.
