His strong relationships with clients, contractors, and the South Waikato District Council ensure a smooth, collaborative build experience from planning to completion. Brad is especially passionate about improving the quality of housing in the region. “Many homes in Tokoroa and the wider South Waikato are outdated, cold, and inefficient. We’re committed to delivering warmer, healthier, high-quality homes that local families can enjoy ,” says Brad.
